What makes our coffee special?

In the early 1950s, Don Raul Welchez bought Finca Santa Isabel. He loved farming and good coffee, so he worked hard to produce high-quality coffee from the start.

OUR SOIL

Thanks to the annual rainfall it receives, the land where our coffee grows benefits from the right acidity. This helps the roots of the plants spread out, retaining moisture and promoting oxygenation.

ALTITUDE

Our Arabica grains grow between 1,000 to 1,300 meters above sea level. This altitude encourages a slower maturation process, resulting in a balanced cup of coffee.

SELECTION

At the farm, our employees only harvest mature grains. After harvesting, the grains are taken to the processing facility, where they undergo pulping and careful resting under strict supervision.
