Witness the entire journey from growing to harvesting and processing, understanding how your coffee goes from bean to cup.

Second Stop:

Stop by Restaurant Las Cascadas to savor a traditional Honduran meal, surrounded by the vibrant colors and sounds of the rainforest.

Third Stop:

Take a brief trek to the processing facilities, equipped with modern and efficient machines that prepare the beans for sun drying. After drying, the beans mature in a special climate-controlled area, resulting in a wonderfully mellow coffee bean.

Fourth Stop:

Conclude your tour at the roasting plant. Let the captivating aroma of roasting coffee engulf your senses. This is where the magic happens. Finca Santa Isabel employs time-honored roasting techniques tailored to each coffee blend, carefully combining temperature and time.
