APO/FPO/AE - We can no longer accept orders sent to military addresses.

Shipping confirmation and order tracking

You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Customs, Duties and Taxes

Flora Lightly is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees charged during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.)

My order should already be here, but I haven't received it yet. What should I do?

Before contacting us, please help us by doing the following:

  • Check your shipping confirmation email for errors in the delivery address
  • Ask your local post office if they have your package
  • Visit your neighbors if the courier left the package with them If the delivery address is correct and the package was not left at the post office or at your neighbor's house, please contact us here with your order number. If you find an error in your shipping address, we can resend the order if it is returned to us, but shipping will be at your expense.
